I'm Prasad Ladi, founder of Dexpro Growth Systems.
I've spent the last five years inside some of the most growth-driven businesses in Vizag and Hyderabad not as a consultant watching from the outside, but as the person responsible for making growth actually happen.
I started as Marketing Manager at Suvarnabhoomi Pvt. Ltd. a real estate company in Vizag, where I saw firsthand how property businesses generate leads, lose leads, and everything that happens (and doesn't happen) in between.
From there I moved to Kravito Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager, building operations for a food delivery platform in Vizag, managing everything from vendor acquisition to customer retention in a hyper-competitive, speed-driven market.
Then Zithara.AI, a Hyderabad-based SaaS CRM platform, where as Head of Operations, I spent years watching how growing businesses build systems to capture leads, manage pipelines, and convert customers at scale.
